Belongs to Flynn Hayes. This large piece of land contains all the necessary structures for a successful farm, including barns, coops, and necessary storage sheds. The smaller field to the side of the farmer's sizable bachelor pad is often filled with whatever produce is in season, half of which belonging to flora. The field along the back has been overtaken by a massive orchard, each tree arranged in no particular order around the plot. In the barn, one can find two horses and a small flock of sheep. When the bar closes up at night, a few patrons will often go here to enjoy themselves in the farmhands' shack.
