The waters were calming, the sun was always in the right spot, the sand was the right temperature, and the birds singing was just so soothing to the soul. It was almost like a dream it was so beautiful to look at. If only it looked like this all the time, then she could die in peace. Gem guessed that once every evening could suit her well, since she also enjoyed the version of the shore at night under the full moon. She stood there, just about a foot from the shore, watching the water sway back and forth, and letting the wind just pulse itself through her hair and dress. Her hands were cupped together and placed in front of her as she witnessed everything, her cheeks were red from watching it as well. There was never a time she wasn't blushing, except when she's around her family. She guessed it was a habit of sorts, or maybe she was just nervous all the time. Well...this time she was blushing because of how happy she was to see the beach at this time. If only Mama and Papa would come with her to see this, but they're a bit busy. Oh well, maybe when they take breaks she could take them here. For now, she was just here purely enjoying the moment. |
